Balsamic Onion Puff Pastry

Makes 6

Ingredients:

-Olive Oil (I used our Garlic EVOO)

-Balsamic Vinegar (Cask 10)

-Garden Herb Dipping Blend

-Pearl Onions

-Parmesan Cheese

-Puff Pastry

-1 Egg

Preheat oven to 350

Roll out puff pastry and cut into 6 equal parts

On a parchment paper lined baking sheet, layer the first 5 ingredients. Make it a little smaller than the puff pastry squares. Top with the puff pastry.

With a fork, press around all edges of pastry to seal.

Make an egg wash (egg + 1tblsp water, whisk) Brush egg wash over the puff pastry.

Top with Parmesan cheese.

Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
